AP_Bootloader: reserve board IDs 1243 and 1244 for HMJ-FCv1/v2

Reserve board IDs 1243 and 1244 for the HMJ-FCv1 / HMJ-FCv2 flight controllers. Two IDs requested (within the 10-ID-per-request limit); v1 and v2 are two hardware revisions. 1243-1247 confirmed free in current master.
