Add CVE-2026-106072 to the v22.23.4 and v24.22.1 notable changes for
tls: reject non-canonical IP addresses, matching the security advisory and the v26.12.1 changelog.Both releases already include the rejection of non-canonical IP addresses and regression tests covering numeric DNS SANs: v22 and v24.
