Move the click-hide check from stickynote_show_notes() to stickynote_toggle_notes_visible() so that the Hide Notes menu item works regardless of the click-hide setting. When click-hide is disabled, present all note windows when the applet is clicked and notes are marked as visible. This allows notes minimized by the window manager, for example through the Show Desktop action, to be restored without enabling click-hide. Closes: mate-desktop#650
