Summary

Resolves yarn audit findings, taking the report from 132 vulnerabilities (74 high, 40 moderate, 18 low) to 3 (2 low, 1 moderate).

Changes

  • brace-expansion v1.1.11 → v1.1.21 (lockfile only)
  • electron v42.3.0 → v42.11.18 (also refreshes transitive deps and removes extract-zip)
  • react-router v7.12.0 → v7.18.5 (resolutions pin in package.json)

Remaining advisories (not fixable here)

  • uuid (moderate): via @getflywheel/local > graphql-tools. The fix needs uuid >= 11.1.1, a breaking major for graphql-tools, so it needs an upstream bump.
  • deepmerge (2 low): via jest. No patched version exists.

Testing

  1. Clone the repo to ~/Library/Application Support/Local/addons
  2. Checkout the current branch git checkout LOC-6365-deps
  3. Run yarn install and yarn build or yarn watch
  4. Go to Local application > Addons > Enable Notes
  5. Go back to local sites
  6. Open a site and confirm the Notes tab loads, and that you can add, edit and delete a note
  7. Switch between sites and confirm the notes persist and the routing works
  8. Run yarn test and yarn audit and confirm only the 3 remaining advisories appear
