Description

Update to .NET SDK 11.0.100-rc.3.26522.148 so net10.0 NativeAOT uses the patched Microsoft.DotNet.ILCompiler 10.0.14 instead of 10.0.13, which fails restore with NU1903. NuGet auditing and warnings-as-errors remain enabled.
