chore(build): build with Go 1.27.3 and golangci-lint v2.15.0 - #322

- Set the Go toolchain to go1.27.3 in go.mod. CI reads it from go.mod. - Use Go 1.27 in the Nix dev shells and the Nix package. - Update nixpkgs in flake.lock. The old revision has only Go 1.27.2. - Upgrade golangci-lint from v1.64.8 to v2.15.0. - Migrate .golangci.yml to the v2 format. Keep the v1 staticcheck checks (SA*, S1*), so the linter reports the same issues as before.

toolchain go1.27.3ingo.mod. CI and the release workflows read the Go version fromgo.mod.flake.nix,shell.nix) and in the Nix package (buildGo127Module).flake.lock. The old revision has only Go 1.27.2..golangci.ymlto the v2 format.v2 adds the stylecheck (
ST*) and quick-fix (QF*) checks tostaticcheck. These checks find 15 new issues. This PR keeps the v1 checks (SA*,S1*), so the linter reports the same issues as before. A different PR can enable the new checks.Tests
make build,make lint, and the unit and integration tests pass.nix developandnix build .#dash0use go1.27.3.archive/tar: sockets not supported. They also fail onmain. This PR does not cause the failure.
