The cursor walk now ends on an empty page without counting the marker table, which only the offset walk of forced and new-cluster matching still does. Pages that only stamp markers already holding their best cluster no longer pause, and the per-marker line for them is logged at trace level.
Forced and new-cluster matching now page face markers by a marker_uid cursor instead of an offset, bounded by the highest marker uid read when the walk starts, so a full walk needs no count of the table and reads each marker once. A walk over an empty table returns without reading.
A marker without a face that no candidate cluster accepts now joins the page's batched match stamp, like markers that already hold their best cluster, so a walk writes one stamp statement per page for them.
