(Safely) force close all running processes, and services. Windows XP -> Windows 11
Build a list of running processes, sort by unique, check if it's required, then force kill it.
XP Home: Taskkill and tasklist go in "C:\Windows\System32".
They are from a pro version of XP, back when this script was first written.
