Updates kubelet and kubectl system-extension build revisions used by AgentBaker’s Flatcar VHD configuration. Kubernetes patch versions remain unchanged.

Changes:

• Updates kubelet builds: 1.34.12-9 → -10, 1.35.9-3 → -4, and 1.36.5-4 → -5.
• Updates kubectl builds: 1.34.12-4 → -10 and 1.36.5-3 → -5.
• Moves each replaced build into previousLatestVersion; all tags retain the v prefix and -azlinux3 suffix.

Upstream revision details, artifact availability, and AKS Resource Provider version coordination remain unverified; component-owner confirmation and manual validation are recommended.
