docs: add Abstract to the provider docs (Open Responses) #23537

Please add an Abstract page to the provider docs. Disclosure: this request comes from Abstract.

Abstract serves glm-5.3:superfast, deepseek-v4-flash:superfast and kimi-k3:superfast through an Open Responses-compatible endpoint, so the integration needs no provider package: createOpenResponses from @ai-sdk/open-responses with the endpoint URL is the full setup. A draft page is on https://github.com/quantbagel/ai/tree/docs/abstract-provider (content/providers/04-openai-compatible-providers/60-abstract.mdx); place it wherever fits best.
