[Bug] Mobile UI for when an agent asks you a question obscures chat view #16678

This is iPhone 13 mini. The red area is the scrollable chat view. Below you can see the modal that Claude presented me to answer a question to proceed in the task. The chat is almost entirely obscured making it hard to read the context to the question.

Proposed solution: make the question-modal also be a scrollable container, and make it share 50/50 height with the chat area so its a bit more balanced.
