./build.sh: line 137: syntax error near unexpected token `then' #997

Description

@elocemearg

When I run build.sh without arguments, the build completes but I get the following output at the end.

[clang compile]
[debug mode]
./build.sh: line 137: syntax error near unexpected token `then'

Adding a semicolon before line 137's then fixes the problem for me:
